- Your initial month will be charged at the time of purchase. Each subsequent month will be charged on the last day of the month.

- Packs are shipped out within the first week of the month via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment.

- You can send it back for a replacement, no problem!
